General shipping information

International Orders

Shipment to a destination within the European Union (EU/EEC) and outside UK: For all deliveries to EU-countries, we only charge the article prices as stated in our price list, including VAT. This means that there will be no additional fees except for shipping costs.

The minimum order value for orders from outside UK is 690,00 USD. Payment can be made via bank transfer (100 % - pre-payment),as well as other payment methods listed by us.

The invoice total must be remitted before shipment can be made.

The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with the legal requirements of his or her country, regarding import, possession and use of all ordered articles - please check back with your local authorities regarding import restrictions and legality before placing your order! All additional charges, e.g. for custom's authorities or return postage are to be paid by the customer. Please note that we cannot ship to countries outside the EU, except for Norway.

Switzerland

Due to the complicated and - according to European standards - antiquated Customs Clearance process for goods shipped to Switzerland, it is not possible for us to deliver our products to Switzerland at the moment. We ask for your understanding.

Important information about shipping to other countries

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and other charges that are not included in the total price. Customs is a term commonly used in international shipping pointing to the duties, fees or taxes charged on items being shipped from one country to another. Costs can vary depending on the items and countries. In each individual case we optimize delivery and delivery price ( Consolidation Air Freight shipments from multiple suppliers )

Returning goods is not possible if:

The goods are custom-made or specifically altered to fit the requirements of the buyer or cannot be sent back due to their nature or can easily adulterate or have already exceeded their expiration date. The goods are audio- or video recordings or software, as soon as the media has been unsealed by the buyer. The goods are newspapers or magazines.

Delivery time

We can guarantee delivery within 30 business days.
Delivery time refers to the period it takes for a product or service to be delivered to a customer after an order is placed.

Shipping Price 180,00 USD - pan-European ( Customs fees are included in the shipping price . For delivery outside Europe, customers will be offered a special rate (delivery price does not include customs duties)
